Pregnancy
I want to help you spend your pregnancy learning and growing (physically, but also mentally and emotionally). Prenatal meetings are designed for us to dive deep into what your ideal birth looks like and ways to achieve it - birth planning, preparation, coping techniques, and more.
I also offer in-home childbirth education classes to help you feel even more confident as birth draws near!
Birth
Probably the first reason why you thought to hire a doula — someone who will physically support you during labor. My birth support includes physical support, informational support, emotional support, and partner support.
In addition to doula support, I offer birth photography to those wanting to look back and remember their child’s birth story!
I also offer in-home placenta encapsulation and keepsake services.
Postpartum
Your baby is here! Now what? My packages include two postpartum appointments to offer support as you adjust to life with your newest family member. These meetings are mom-centered with the goal of helping you realize the strength and knowledge to parent your baby is found within.
You also have the option to add-on additional postpartum support hours.
